
This is the first issue of Law, Policy, and Social Science Journal. Articles are authored/co-authored by authors from different affiliations, majorly from four different countries namely Vietnam, Libya, Malaysia and United Arab Emirates. This collection of articles presents a diverse range of contemporary academic inquiries spanning environmental cooperation, cultural creativity, organizational behavior, global philosophical discourse, and legal analysis. Dabbe The Possession 2013: The Compatibility of Film Themes with the Creativity of Islamic Literature explores the intersection between Islamic literary aesthetics and modern cinematic narratives, assessing how film can embody or challenge Islamic creative values. The Employee Perception Survey at a Heavy Industry Company provides preliminary insights into workers’ attitudes, highlighting factors that influence job satisfaction and organizational communication. New Age in Contemporary Globalism: An Islamic Response critiques the rise of New Age spirituality amid globalism and presents Islamic thought as a coherent, principled alternative. The article on Acts Constituting the Crime of Human Trafficking in UAE Law offers an in-depth legal interpretation of trafficking-related offenses and their alignment with international norms, while Constitutional and Legal Guarantees for the Accused Person at the Court Trial underscores fundamental due process rights such as the presumption of innocence and the right to a fair trial. Together, these studies contribute to a multidisciplinary dialogue on ethics, justice, and societal reform within both local and global contexts.
